We will have two groups during these sessions to be able to fit all experience levels of youth athletes. Teaching proper technique and form for the fundamental movements of exercise and performance with weightlifting. This includes: Back squat, Front Squat, Bench, Deadlift, Military Press as our core movements and along with other accessory type of exercises needed. This group will learn proper technique for exercises that are predominately used for other team sports such as football, basketball, baseball, soccer, as well as other. If you are interested in having your young athlete learn proper form from certified weightlifting coaches, this would be the camp to be at.

Olympic Weightlifting Group:

The athletes will work with our National Champion coaching staff in order to help improve their efficiency in the Olympic movements, the snatch and the clean and jerk. Provide an elite training environment for the youth athletes. Teach proper warm-up, stretching, cool-down, and activation techniques to enable them to reach their highest potential in the sport. And assist with any technique issues that the athlete has been struggling with.

The event will be held at the Lindenwood University Fitness Center (Flat building next to the football field)
